THE PRESCRIPTION ADVOCACY PROCESS
The process to enroll is simple and your Personal Wellness Concierge will assist you every step of the way:
Prospective members can enroll by calling WPA toll free.
Please follow the instructions and list the prescriptions you use currently. Please, do not worry, all of your information will be kept in the strictest confidence and HIPPA regulations will be followed by WPA at all times.
In less than 24 hours, your Personal Wellness Concierge will qualify your eligibility and your prescriptions using our state of the art system with the correct pharmaceutical companies, and begin the process of completing all applications on behalf of you, as the patient, and with your doctor.
WPA will work closely with your doctor's office to have their applications completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
After we receive your completed prescription applications from the doctor's office, we will check them for completeness and accuracy, attach all necessary documents and forward them to the pharmaceutical companies for their approval.
Once the pharmaceutical company receives your application from your Personal Wellness Concierge, it will normally take 1 to 3 weeks to receive your medications.
For your convenience, most of your medications will be shipped in a 3 month supply to your home or doctor's office.
WPA will track your prescriptions and automatically re-fill with the pharmaceutical companies to ensure continual prescription medication coverage which means less hassle for you.
What the WPA Offers you with the Prescription Advocacy Program
There are no hidden costs.
If we find that we are unable to assist you, there will be no charge to you.
There is no age limit and the WPA PAP program is not a discount card. This is also not an insurance product, just a program that will typically offer you substantial savings on the high cost of prescription medicine today.
We personally communicate with your doctors to obtain signatures and any information needed.
Postage paid envelopes will be provided for you and your doctor to return the requested information so your WPA Personal Wellness Concierge can start saving you money.
Adding medications or changing dosages is as simple as giving your Personal Wellness Concierge a call.
Your Personal Wellness Concierge will also manage your annual re-qualifications requirements.

My Medication Advocate found my Benicar, Advair & Vytorin. Thank you so much for helping me find my medications at such a low cost. Since my husband lost his job, money is so tight and if I wasn't able to get help from you, I would not have been able to continue taking my medications. You're a life saver!

Program FAQs
Am I getting the actual drug prescribed or a generic form of it?
All drugs are filled, as prescribed, by your doctor, if offered under the WPA Prescription Advocacy Program.
How many different medications are offered under the program?
Over 1,500 brand name medications are offered under the program, many offering you substantial savings. Each medication is subject to pharmaceutical company approval.
What happens if my medication is not offered under the program?
If this should happen; you may choose to notify your doctor who, in many cases, may be able to prescribe an alternate drug that may qualify.
If I am receiving drugs under this program, can my spouse be considered as well?
Yes, as long as he or she is eligible and fills out a separate enrollment application. Please have your spouse call the Wellness Plan of America toll-free.
How long should I expect from the time I apply to the date I receive my medication?
